The Blackboard upgrade and outage has been moved to Dec. 26-28
Blackboard will be unavailable 5 p.m. Tuesday, December 26, until Noon Thursday, December 28.
During that time, we will upgrade Blackboard. While the outage is scheduled to last until noon Thursday, Blackboard may become available as early as Wednesday afternoon (Dec. 27).

On December 15th, late payment fees of 1.75% will be posted on all student accounts that are 30+ days past due.
Students and instructors must use their official @ndsu.edu email address to create their new TurningPoint (clicker) accounts. If they use @ndus.edu or any other email address (i.e. yahoo.com, gmail.com, etc.) in the email address field instead, points will not synchronize or display in Blackboard at this time.
We are working with Turning Technologies to resolve this issue for those users who have already created their TurningPoint accounts using @ndus.edu. Users who need to take action were contacted via email messages containing specific instructions.
